Human development and technical proficiency remains at the core of our imagination and planning. If the people are educated, skilled and professionally sound they can contribute more to economic development as well as benefit from it. India has now a unique distinction of being the second largest pool of trained manpower in the world. It may emerge as an economic superpower in the third millennium provided adequate attention is paid towards developing brainpower and knowledge industry. As a part of such an endeavour HIET will strive hard to provide market oriented technical and professional education to the students and make it a center of excellence.
The establishment of HIET (Haryana Institute of Engg. & Tech.),is conceived by a team of eminent and committed academicians and educationists with a mission to act as an idealist and facilitator for students to develop their full potential and achieve greater success by providing them education, training, consultancy and research facilities through pioneering initiatives and imparting of appropriate technical tools, techniques, ethics and values.
I welcome and congratulate the students who have joined the team and vision of HIET. Together we will chase our dreams and achieve our goal of acquiring professional excellence.
