Mechanical Engineering is one of the oldest branch of engineering. It is the backbone of all engineering disciplines. A mechanical engineer can visualize, design and implement his/her thought and see that such thought materialize for the benefit of community. The workshops being the core facility, have modern equipments and machinery conforming to highest standards. These have been designed with absolute care to ensure safety while working. All the required machines and equipments in the shops are as per prescribed norms and standards. Each shop is spacious enough for the students to work comfortably. Students of the department have formed their society for development of professional skills.
